The Chef - James Lunham has personally selected the best English steaks and the most succulent Welsh lamb.

James was born and raised in Birmingham and upon leaving school enrolled at Birmingham College of Food to learn the foundations of his career. Upon graduating seven years ago James became a junior chef at the exclusive Midland Wheel casino restaurant in Birmingham. James has learnt his skills by working with arguably two of the top chefs in the Midlands.

Until recently James was second chef at the Midland Wheel casino restaurant, which offers a truly first class dining experience. With numerous and frequent customer accolades, and the enviable reputation he has built up at the Midland Wheel casino, he was the obvious choice to lead the team at the new 110 Restaurant and Bar in Manchester.

At the age of 24, James is one of the youngest Head Chefs in the country, but once his culinary delights have been sampled this fact is hardly surprising.
